All in stock items are usually shipped within 2 days (*not including weekends and holidays) provided that the orders are placed before 12 pm Mountain Time. Orders placed by internet or by phone receive the same priority handling.
International orders may be subject to customs or import duties once the package reaches the destination country. These additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient; we cannot control or predict these charges. Since custom's policies vary widely from country to country, you may want to contact your customs office for further information.
If the product you have ordered is currently unavailable at any of our warehouse locations. This item may not
have been available either when you ordered it originally or another customer's order placed ahead of yours may
have depleted the available inventory. We apologize for this inconvenience.
Many backordered items are restocked within 3 - 10 days. Once restocked, your order will be shipped to you via
Ground Delivery at no additional charge.
For international orders, we require that all items of an order be in stock before shipping. If one or more
items are in backordered status, shipping will be put on hold until all items are available for one shipment. If
you would prefer to split the shipments, please email and request partial shipping and we will process the
products that are in stock and ship the backordered items separately when it becomes available. Shipping charges
will apply for each shipment.

Specially-ordered items are not stocked in our warehouse but can usually be shipped within 3 Days. Special-ordered products cannot be canceled once the order has been placed, nor are they refundable.
